Circumstances of death:
Killed in Action 6th of November 1918, when in his unit billets between the area of Quivrechain, France, and Hensies, Belgium. He died almost immidiately after have been hit by shrapnel from a high explosive grenade.
Awarded: British War medal and Victory Medal
Buried: At the Qievrain Communal Cemetery, Belgium.
